Dear Winton Families,
Welcome to the 2024-2025 school year! As the superintendent of Winton School District, it is my honor to welcome you to our district website. I have been with the Winton School District for 24 years. I taught English Language Arts, English Language Development, and History at Winton Middle School. At the district level, I oversaw the district’s state and federal programs and curriculum and assessment. Our goal is to provide an engaging and enriching educational experience for every student. We are committed to fostering a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained learning environment where each student can grow socially, emotionally, and academically. Our dedicated staff, supportive families, and hardworking students are the foundation of our success. Collaboratively, we aim to inspire our students to reach their fullest potential. The Winton School District’s mission is to “prepare all students to become responsible members of a democratic society”. Please navigate our website to learn more about the schools and the resources available within our district. Thank you for being a part of the Winton School District family. I look forward to a successful and inspiring school year.
Warm regards,
See Lao
Superintendent
Welcome to the Winton School District website! In this website you will find valuable information regarding our district. It is part of our ongoing effort to keep the members of our school community informed of what is going on at our schools.
This website is an addition to our district calendar which is sent home with students the first week of school. As you browse through the site you will find some of the following information: policies, registration information, attendance, rules and expectations, lunch menus, different departments in our school district, forms that can be printed and much, much more. Please take a moment to explore what is inside.
We hope that you find this an exciting way to keep you informed of what is happening at our schools. Your comments and suggestions to make our website even better are always welcome. Feel free to contact us. Together we can make a difference.
